Unify fundraising, program management, grantmaking and volunteer management on Salesforce's core-native nonprofit platform.
AX3 implements Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud for mission-driven organizations: fundraising, program management and outcomes, grantmaking, volunteer management and Agentforce for Nonprofit. We also assess existing NPSP environments and, where it makes sense, plan the migration onto Nonprofit Cloud. Delivery covers data model design, configuration, data migration, integration and reporting, with engineers who stay involved through go-live and adoption.
Nonprofit Cloud brings the core operations of a nonprofit onto one native data model, so giving, programs, grants and volunteers describe the same constituents.
NPSP remains fully supported. If you are weighing up the move, start with an honest assessment of whether the timing works for your organization.
See our NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud migration guide →AX3 provides Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultants alongside architects, developers, administrators and Agentforce specialists — as a dedicated team, a project team, staff augmentation or managed services.
Build Your Salesforce TeamSalesforce Nonprofit Cloud is Salesforce's core-native platform for nonprofit organizations, covering fundraising, program management, grantmaking, case management and volunteer management. Unlike the Nonprofit Success Pack, its objects are built into the Salesforce core rather than delivered as a managed package. That means nonprofit capability is upgraded and extended on the same release cadence as the wider platform, including Agentforce AI.
NPSP is a managed package layered on top of standard Sales Cloud objects, so extending or maintaining it usually needs NPSP-aware developers. Nonprofit Cloud builds fundraising, programs, grantmaking and case management natively into the Salesforce core, with Agentforce capabilities designed nonprofit-first. NPSP remains fully supported, but new Salesforce nonprofit feature development is concentrated on Nonprofit Cloud.
Yes. AX3 works with eligible 501(c)(3) organizations that hold Salesforce's Power of Us donated licenses, as well as those on paid nonprofit licensing. Licensing eligibility and license counts are confirmed with Salesforce directly, and AX3 scopes the implementation around the licences you actually hold.
Yes. AX3 can deliver fundraising, program management and grantmaking as one coordinated implementation on a shared data model, so gifts, programs and grants report against the same constituents. In practice most organizations phase the rollout, starting with the area under most operational pressure and adding the others once the foundation is stable.
